Inspired by Jack Skinner I'll be attempting the #100days challenge. For the next 100 days, from January 1st to April 11th, I'll be doing some form of work-out. May that be a run (I'm running a 10KM on March 26), a set of push-ups and squads or a nice walk after dinner.

I've never been good at joining a gym and actually going to said gym, so I figured taking on this challenge and pushing myself to complete it in the new year would be a great way to start 2017.
